Peter Howard recently completed the sale of his interest in Corporate Benefit Analysts (CBA), one of Ontario’s largest independent employee benefit and pension administration consultancies.  As one of two partners, Peter acquired CBA from its founder in 2007 and implemented a number of business improvement strategies that resulted in revenue growth of more than 70% and EBITDA growth of more than 400% as well as the elimination of all long term corporate debt.

 

Peter has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy advising a broad range of organizations including major publicly traded companies, non profits as well as privately controlled Canadian Corporations.

 

Peter has a strong commitment to his community and has served on boards such as AMREF Canada (African Medical Relief and Education Foundation), Community Living Dufferin, Headwaters Healthcare Foundation and is currently the Chair of the Board of the Mansfield Ski Club and the Orangeville Otters Swim Club. Peter has a Graduate Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
